We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

Binding Moment: A binding contract is formed between you and Primes Precious Metals at the moment your order is submitted, confirmed verbally, or acknowledged by us (including via automated email, invoice, or order confirmation).
Market Hedging: Because precious metal prices fluctuate continuously, we immediately secure and hedge the underlying metal upon receiving your order to honor the quoted price.
Non-Cancellable Status: For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled, revoked, or amended once placed, regardless of whether payment has been received.
Default: Failure to complete payment in accordance with the order terms constitutes a breach of contract. We reserve the right to recover any resulting losses, including market loss, hedging costs, and administrative fees.
SECTION 4 – PRICE FLUCTUATION AND CANCELLATION EXEMPTION
The price of our products is linked to the live market “spot” price, which is outside of our control.
Statutory Rights: You do not have a statutory right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Financial Services (Distance Marketing) Regulations 2004, as the price of the goods is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market.
Non-Payment Consequences: In the event of non-payment, Primes Precious Metals reserves the right to:
Recover all costs and market losses associated with the default;
Retain any deposits or prepayments made;
Pursue legal recovery for the outstanding balance and administrative expenses.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice based on global market movements. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice.
